Installing XP to a clean drive. CD loads all the settings
but on first reboot the system will not boot from the HD.
If I let it boot from the CD it just restarts the install
instead of continuing set-up. I have adjusted the bios to
boot from the HD first. Apparently it isn't reading a
boot sequence from there.

You need to open your BIOS and set your CD Drive as
the first bootable device. Also, after the first reboot, do
not hit "any key" and setup will continue.

Thanks for the reply Carey, unfortunetly that is not the
case. Boot stalls and after a time asks for a bootable
floppy. 30 seconds later it goes blank and starts up
again.
