Create a BOOT CD using a decent CD Burning application.. Any of them can do
it. Create your boot image (diskette is fine) and use that to run whatever
scripts you want to run at the startup of the CD..
If so, then you do not boot off a Ghost CD as such. Ghost will create a
bootable floppy disk. One boots from this and then has options as to what
actions are to be performed.
Since you have not told us which version of ghost you are using...
