I am trying to create a word doc in which i can have internal links, I have
allready read about how to first make a book mark and ahen create an internal
hyperlink to it, but my probem is this i go to insert book mark and i can't
add one no matter what i type the add button in the bookmarks window stays
grayed out and un accessable. what do i do?

To reference the bookmark, you need to
Insert -> Reference -> Cross-Reference
Reference type = Bookmark
Insert Reference to Bookmark Text

Bookmark names must be a single word. As soon as you enter a space, the Add
button will be disabled. You can use underline characters instead of spaces
(but not at the beginning of the bookmark, as that is reserved for the
bookmarks Word itself creates), and you can use a combination of caps and
lowercase to distinguish words. There are certain other characters that are
not permitted, including, I think, numbers at the beginning of the name.
