Booklet Format

I've been putting together a cookbook for my employer. The booklet is
nearly complete and was formatted in booklet fold. The printed copies
are double sided. However, now she wishes to have pages printed on one
side only. Is there a way to go back without completely messing up the
current format of the book? The pages include pictures and recipes.

Thank you for any suggestions.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm. If you've used
the "Book fold" feature in Word 2002 or 2003, check the box for "Manual
duplex," and when Word tells you to turn the pages over, insert fresh paper
instead.

I'm assuming you're wanting single-sided pages for mass duplication or
printing (that is, with the booklet page pairs intact). If the employer
actually wants the booklet pages to be printed only on one side (recto),
then this will be a different issue.
