Book for Intermediate to advanced Excel

I'm going to teach a course in intermediate to Advanced Excel. The list of
topics is up to me. I'll cover pivot tables and writing macros as examples
of the types of subjects. I'm trying to find a book that would be a useful
guideline for this course. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me
know. Thanks.
