Bona fide Pop up windows

Some bona fide web-sites have "sub-windows" that you have to call for example
to "log-in" or for further information.
Since recently such sub-windows, when called, appear briefly (3-5 seconds)
on my screen and then disappear. When I try again they even do no longer
appear on my screen, just a short blinking of the screen.
Can I correct this?
I have Norton Internet Security 2005 and Ad-Aware SE Plus installed.

Hi,

Check your Norton settings, as NIS does block popups.

are they safe sites such as symantec.com or
comeanddownloadsomespyware.screwyoutoday or are they on
the blacklist in nortons popup manager.

The only way to correct this is to remove NIS and any other anti-spyware progs. Effectively, you need to keep your door open so that anybody can enjoy themselves at your expense. M$ thought this was not a good policy but it underestimated that there are some people like you who crave to visit porn sites and so for them pop up is of necessity. I suggest reinstall the first version of Windows XP and stop all auto-updates as these are of no use to you!. Also ensure that you don't install any other protections such WinXP condom or anti-virus. You can then titilate yourself in peace and tranquility of your own privacy by visiting all those porn sites.

Hope this helps.

I use non Microsoft products wherever possible which requires no activation.

I use Netscape 7.2 as my default browser which has everything I need for my work.
