bn.dll error

I am running Win XP Prpo and SP2. I have used forever a card
program..American Greetings CreataCard Gold3. Sunddenly when I click the
program on I get this error."This application or Dll
c\Windows\system32\bn.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check against
the diskette."
I installed the same program on another comouter and it works fine. Can
anyone help me fix this?? I am going nuts!!!

First step is to try uninstalling then reinstalling the program.
 
I should have mentioned I tried that many,many times and nothing. Any other
suggestions???

Sorry I don't other than contacting the program vendor for tech support.
