I do NOT have AOL, I am using Win XP and starting two days ago any time I go
to save an image by clicking the "save image" box in the upper left hand
corner, or using the "save image as..." option, the title and image format do
not appear in the save box. Instead it gives the file name as "untitiled" and
the only format option is .bmp. If I change the title and add the .jpg
extension it saves correctly. However this is a new, unwanted inconvenience
and I would like it to do what it is supposed to do. Any advice in addition
to that give for a previous, similar complaint? I tried the options of
clearing my temp files, deleting downloaded unkown files, etc.

This is a known IE bug; it's usually solved by clearing your Temporary
Internet Files folder from Ie's preferences.

Otherwise, use a better web browser :-)
