blurry pics

when i copy pics off the yahoo groups website and go to put them in movie
maker they are blurry. They are fine when i download them from my camera but
like I said I am trying to copy them from ones that are posted on the
internet they are blurry. I have tried copy and pasting and also dragging and
dropping. Any suggestions to make the pics clearer?
 
It could be it's because internet pictures are small in physical size and
low resolution, so when blown up to be used in MM they become blurry.
