far from trying to start something, i'm trying to see if any one has
something to help me, out i decided to upgrade my driver by going directly
to belkin for there vista driver, it worked before, but the software wasn't
reliable, now with the new driver it is using the windows version of
bluetooth with a few upgrades to what i'm able to do, basically i have the
same features as before except for one thing, i can't connect at all, if i
do connect it's not allowing to do squat, i said it before and will say it
again the MICROSOFT VERSION OF BLUETOOTH S*CKS, i put capitalised words cuz
i want microsoft to see this, all i can say is i hate generic drivers, which
is why i'm having problem with the program. i'm thinking of going back,
unless i can connect like before.

think and you can bet the farm they won't give you a refund.

i know but i'm still wishing that by guilt they decided to look, and trust
me i don't they don't care about us, otherwise they wouldn't of sold us
vista. he he he, was more hoping someone would help me out if possible but i
think i'm on my own on this one, i guess i'll just experiment with some
settings to see if i can get it to work, but i wish i would have a few
boxing rounds with the manager or superviser of microsoft, don't care how
big he is(being a geek can't be that big lol) beat the he*k outa him. lol

with the program settings so it prevented to load the software, will advise

If you want some help then it might be a good idea to actually provide some
details.
Make model of machine
Bluetooth device user (in the machine)
device trying to connect to.
etc
What error messages et do you get or what actually happens when you try and
connect
How are you trying to initiate the connection
etc

Then someone may have chance of trying to help you

should've seen that comment("provide more info") coming since i use it on
people before *sigh*
acer aspire 5100 model belkin 330 foot bluetooth antenna forgot the model
number and my system is reinstalling what vista ruined.
my phone my headset
no error message other than my phone it's just saying unable to connect.
i tryed the computer connecting to phone or headphone and the phone to pc
with no luck.

this feels weird a geek that can't fix things, i must be sick or something
lol.
ok vista..... cross that the belkin software is done re-installing what
vista..... well you know, so i will reboot and tell you if that fixed it.
hope it is i would hate to go back to what i had before.

But you can try anyway, and hopefully if enough people do it it will
send them a message. Quoted from the MS website:

http://www.microsoft.com/mscorp/productrefund/refund.mspx

Microsoft offers a 45 day refund on all there products.

Along with a up to 7.00 for return shipping. The number to call:

1-888-673-8624

This applies to retail items purchased in North America only. If it is
an OEM item, you need to return it for a refund from the OEM you
purchased it from.

rights in the digital age are not frivolous."

unfortunatly i'm talking about the program in vista that takes care of
bluetooth, but i found the fix, if you go to the begining of the newsgroup
in general, i posted the fix windows bluetooth is now disabled on my system
now only the manufacturor driver works now
