blue tooth on control panel windows xp

I am trying to install a wireless mouse, but I don't have a blue tooth option
on the control panel is there any way i can do this without it. OR what do I
have to do to get blue tooth on control panel.

Which Bluetooth Stack is your PC using ? Windows XP SP2
includes one, but it has some limitations on supported devices.
