Blue scrreen crashes... please help

When I run windows or applications the system sometimes
crashes to one of those blue screens. it says at the
bottom of the blue screen that its to do with a physical
memory dump. I have had the computer checked out for
hardware and thats not the problem. Could it be some
corrupt windows files?
Any help or suggestions are welcome as this is becoming a
bit of a pain.

It probably *is* hardware or a hardware driver. Any recent changes?
What has changed since this was not a problem? Hardware adds, changes
or deletes? Software installs? OS upgrades?
