blue screen

I re-installed XP Pro with SP2 because I had problems. I got very often a
blue error screen with hte message bad_pool header. After re-installing XP I
still have this message. It provides the following message in the blue
screen:

Bad_pool header
stop: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xE2403C80, 0xE2403D00, 0xOC10208)

another error message was

Bad_pool header
stop: 0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xE2AE59C8, 0xE2AE5A78, 0x0C160201)

Now I found out that the message Bad_pool header has something to do with
driver problems.
Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean?
And can somebody advise me how to get information about the drivers that is
giving me these problems or a route how to solve this. I am getting crazy of
these blue screen messages.
Please help?????
