Blue Screen - Unmountable_Boot_Volume

When I turned on my computer I get a Blue screen with the subject error
message. I can't reboot in safe mode or anything. I called Dell and they said
to put in my CD for Windows XP but I can only go to where it says press Enter
to Continue or R to Repair. No matter what I press nothing happens. I
recently renewed my Antivirus Program but the computer worked for a week
after that. What can I do to get my computer working again? Can not get to
the desktop or anything.

Please Help !!

Download a drive diagnostic utility from the drive manufacturer's web
site. This will create a bootable CD or floppy. Run the diagnostics
from there.
