BLUE SCREEN TERROR

My system boots to a blue screen terror message that
says,"PROBLEM AT FILE: WIN32K.SYS"
PAGE-FAULT-IN-NONPAGED-AREA
I cannot get Windows to boot past this. Please, Help me
with this. Thank you, nailman

Nailman,

Boot from your WindowsXP Install CD, and run the Repair option.
