blue Screen part two

OK, thanks to Bruce and Nutcase on steering me into
troubleshooting..

About once a day I get a BSOD it sez:
driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

The file in question is usbohci.sys (which i understand
is a miniport driver)

there is no mention of it in the event viewer, so where
do I go from here.. My system is about 3 weeks old

AMD ATHLON 1.86 GIG
512 MEG RAM
GeForce fx 5600 w/256 meg ram

The only new hardware device I added to this machine is
the AOL external modem for DSL. All drivers are up to
date, especially the nvidia and dsl modem

If the system's only 3 weeks old may I venture to ask why you're not
contacting the manufacturer and invoking your warranty?

aN EXCELLENT QUESTION!! Um the Boss gave it to me as a
holiday bonus.. Hate to give it back and tell 'em it's a
piece of cra*!!!
