Every now and then, usually when I leave my computer on all night, Windows shuts down, and leaves me with a blue screen telling me this error. How do I stop this from happening? I try to run scans while I'm asleep, but they are always interrupted by this error. Please help

STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xF156CE25, 0xF9715AA4, 0x00000000

I will check back here as much as possible, but if anyone knowing the answer could e-mail me, it would be a tremendous help. Of course, any help here is appreciated also

Thank you in advance.

Check the STOP errors web page at

Good luck

Go here and type in the error you get after selecting your OS. They have
several things on it.

You may want to check any sleep or hybernation settings. Something may be
conflicting with them when it tries to go into a hybernation state.

Well, I went to those sites, and none of the solutions directly related to my problem. I don't have a Flight Simulator, it doesn't occur while running the XP setup, and it doesn't stop responding when I use the highliter feature or font color feature. It just randomly happens.
