blocking x-rates sites

Is there some way that i can block porn sites from my computer without having
to go to a bunch of sites so that i ain't getting a bunch of viruses and spam
mail. please help
 
You can use 3rd party program like CyberSitter,etc also try searching the net
for Content Filtering program
