Within Outlook XP, is there a way of blocking emails that have a picture in
the body of the emails. We have been getting emails in that have had
profanity pictures not attached to the emails but pasted in to the body of
the email. We need to allow the sending of pictures in to mailboxes, but if
we could limit this to emails containg pictures as an attachment then this
would be great.

Does any one know of a utility that will solve this issue?
Is there a reg key that can be altered?

Any other ideas?

Any help on this matter would be appriciated

Do not allow to load pictures from the internet. So you can see only the
attached images.
Also it's more secure to ahndle mails in that way.

In outlook 2k3 it is: "Tools" > "Options" > Tab "Security" > click on
"Change Automatic Download Settings..." and uncheck all checkboxes.

hope that helps.
