blocking incoming emails

Does anyone know how to block email from a specific
address or addresses using Outlook and Windows 2002? My
internet provider, broadband, is roadrunner. Please reply
to (e-mail address removed)
 
You could just create a rule that automatically deletes messages from that
person.

As somebody else said, create a rule.

P.S. You would be advised to "munge" or disguise your email address
when posting to Usenet. Spammers have 'bots that trawl these postings
looking for valid email addresses.
