Blocking Drag and drop files

One of the most annoying and common mistakes people do at my company, is
dragging and dropping folders into subfolders by using the left mouse
button in explorer. This have been an annoying "feature" of explorer.exe
for ages. Do anybody know if it's possible to block this in Vista?

No need, if you're the IT person you need to do some training, if
you're HT, you need to hire people with IQs above room temperature!

It's not an annoying feature, it's your company hiring morons.
