blockibg attachments

Using Outlook 2002 and not Outlook Exchange, Level 1
blocks a standard list of attachments with suffix such as
exe com. To add more, such as zip or gif, the
documentation describes how to add them by editing the
registry. I would rather add them as a Level 2 attachment
blocking, but can find no information on how to add Level
2. The default list contains no values.
