Blocked senders list

I have added a name to my blocked sender's list and am still getting email
from that particular person in my inbox, not send to the junk mail. How do I
fix this?
 
Are you using Outlook 2003, if so, did you install sp1? Does the email
address match exactly? Are you using rules that might supersede it?

It is Outlook 2203 and SP1 has been installed, email address matches exactly.
I have not done anything to the rules that you speak about.
