Blocked Senders List

I blocked some names in the Outlook Express, using as follows:

Tools
Message Rules
Blocked Sernders List
(names).

I am still getting Email from some of them.

Please advise what to do.

P.S.:
In "Search Results" the items are of sequence. How could I put them back in
chronological order?.

You don't block names, you block email addresses.
And, if you're trying to block spammers, they change the email addresses
constantly, and most of them are bogus to begin with, so blocked senders is
not effective.
