Blocked email address

I cannot send an Email to one address. All other addresses
seem to work.
How can I tell if the network has been setup to block that
address?

nothing it goes on as normal but they never recieve it.
They can recieve other emails and I can send other emails
but the one address never recieves my emails

It's possible that they or their isp uses a filter on that blocks mail from
your address. You can do anything about it, except try other email
providers.
