blocked attachments

I am receiving more and more messages with attachments
that have been blocked by Outlook. Is there any setting I
can change that will not block attachments and that will
allow attachments to be opened at my discretion? Thank you
for your help.
 
In Outlook click on Options. The go to the Tab "Security".

Just a little way down is a box you can uncheck that
controls what you want to change. It might not be a bad
idea to leave it checked. When you get an email from
someone you trust you can close the email, go to options
and security and remove the checkmark. Then when you
reopne the email you can see the attachment and save it.

I always go in and set my secutory back, becasue then I
control what I get.

It would appear you're giving advice for Outlook Express to someone who's
asking about Outlook.
