Blocked attachments in 2000?

Hi,

I use Outlook 2000 and am on SP3.

Now outlook blocks access to Level 1 files of which javascript is one
of them. I need to be able to see some files when received.

How do I access them.? I do not have the 'block access to unsafe
attachments' option anywhere.

I have tried setting my security to Internet and not restricted, and
set custom setting to low, with no success.
