Blocked access to unsafe attachments

HELP! I have received an update to a client's office
software and now Outlook is telling me that I cannot save
the "potentially unsafe attachment." I do not remember
doing anything that would cause this and I have tried to
tweak the Security Settings to no avail. I need this file
for tomorrow and have looked all over MS's site only to
see that there is nothing that can be done for a "Level 1
(EXE) file" -- any help would be greatly appreciated.
