You probably can't - and if your sisters had any Word knowledge, any changes
you implemented could be eliminated.
The best plan is to keep a backup of your templates including normal.dot and
a backup of the registry data key, then they can screw it up as much as they
like and you'll have it back to your preferences within moments.
