Block IP address / Spam

How can I block email via IP address in MS Outlook 2003? I get about 100
spam's a day from the same IP address. Every email shows a different email
address so I can't just block the address.

You'll need to block them at your server. If the IP address shows in the
message header, though, you could create a rule to check the header for
that address and automatically delete it or move it to the Junk folder.

Use the "with specific words in the message header" condition and look for
the offending IP address.
