I have about 1000 contacts in outlook, and have been surprised that even
though many only have a telephone number and email address they are over 4kb
in size!
This makes for a lot of contacts information that wastes space on my
pocket pc...
I copied one of these bloated contacts to my desktop and opened it with
notepad, and to my amazement, information is in my contact that has long
been deleted. Also in the contacts were server paths from companies I
worked at over 5 years ago, still existing in the contact...
What is even more amazing is that none of this information is available from
within outlook, even when looking at the all fields pane...
How do I make my contacts go on a diet and shed this unwanted unused
information??
Thanks!
