blinking or flashing cell or cells

I want a cell or string of cells to flash or blink constantly when i open the spreadsheet. It does not matter if the text or background blink or flash. Is this possible?
 
Possible? Yes. Recommended? No. Why? Slows down the
processing time. But a search through the google archives
yielded a lot of solutions. Here's one from MVP Chip
