Blinking Cursor

When I reply to an email, no matter what form (plain text, HTML,
incredimail...) I get a blinking cursor, and it slows everything down. I am
not a fast typer, but with this blinking cursor, it can't keep up with my
typing. I have to pause, and wait for it to catch up. Also, I can't use my
right mouse button to highlight specific text to delete, copy, or cut. I hope
someone can help!

Without any configuration details we can only do some wild guessing.
