I already tried this once today but still haven't gotten
a responce so here I go again. After following
instructions from MS and Norton I think the worm is
gone. I still am getting a message popping up everytime
I startup and log on to my computer. It says"windows
cannot find nstask32.exe." Its in the system
under "c:\windows\prefetch" (1BB3CA5C.PF) Is this an exe
file that should be there? Please advise

Hi Deb,

The virus is probably gone, but there is still a reference to it in the
system registry. To correct, click Start, then Run, then type in

msconfig

and click OK. Click the Startup tab, then go down the list and you should
see an entry that corresponds to this .exe file, simply uncheck it, then
reboot, and the problem should go away.

hope this helps!
