Every time I start computer new empty folder " blank " appears on the

Deleting doesn't help. Any idea how to fix the problem ?

Thanks

This can be caused by a blank entry, such as can be left behind by an
incomplete program removal, in the:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and/or
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run keys.

Addendum - this also might be caused by an entry in those registry keys I
gave you where the value should be in quotes. In that case, look for
something with the word "blank" in it - at least I'm assuming the folder is
named "blank" from what you wrote.
