Blank Window

Burke

Whenever I am in a website amd try and go into its help a
blank page opens up and the timer keeps running. When my
wife is in MSN groups and she attemps a Reply the same
thing happens a blank page. What am I missing?

Update/reinstall your scripting engines from here:

If still no joy, go to File Types (My Computer...Tools...Folder
Options...File Types tab)
Scroll down to the URL: Hypertext Transfer Protocol file type, click to
highlight, click Edit, click Open, click Edit (slightly different with Me -
click to highlight, click Advanced, click Open, click Edit).

Application used: "C:\PROGRA~1\INTERN~1\iexplore.exe" -nohome
Use DDE box should be checked
DDE Message: "%1",,-1,0,,,,
Application: IExplore
DDE...not running: <blank>
