Hi,
Based on my research, I don't find any issues like this. I'd like to
suggest you try to reproduce it:
1. Close all windows.
2. set Vista to sleep
3. Wake up it after 5 minutes.
4. Check, if the issue persists.

| I have RTM Vista Ultimate on my desktop and RTM Vista Business on my
laptop.
| Clean install on both. When both systems wake up, they have from one to
| four blank webpages open - all "about:blank". Office Pro 2007 on the
| desktop and nothing on the laptop. Both have AVG AV and Billeo password
| manager installed. I have disabled all items in startup but no luck.
