blank photos in email messages

when i recieve email with photos sometimes there is an
empty box with a little x in the upper right had corner
and sometimes the box is full of miscellaneous text. why
isnt the pictures coming through and what can i do to fix
this. kelly
 
Sometimes the isp may strip the images out, it could be your email reader
settings or the sender may not be able to send HTML email.
