Blank Pages

I have a report that contains the header, footer and two subreports on the
even pages. On the odd pages there is just the header and footer. Is there
something that I can do to the formatting to fix this? Thanks!
 
Reduce the width of your report to match your paper width minus your left
and right margins.

When every other page is blank your report is either to wide or too tall.

Make each section a different background color. If your report is too tall
your blank pages will have a strip of color across the top. If your report
is too wide you will get multiple strips of color on the left side of the
blank pages.
