I was able to access a bank web site for several months.
Now all of a sudden I cannot access their website. I am
using Windows XP Home and I have Internet Explore 6.0. I
have not loaded or changed anything on my computer. I
have contacted the bank website support personnel and
they said to make sure my browser allows to view frames.
My browser does allow to view frames, I have also deleted
cookies, cleared cache, and cleared history and I still
get a blank page when accessing this website. I am albe
to all other websites with no problems.
I contacted my ISP provider and they had me check the
same things as I described above and still no luck.
What would you suggest?

Hi Alice. Just a thought: many web pages load content
from several different servers. Sometimes, a server
resposible for loading a part of a page (usually an ad)
has gone wonky, and page never finishes loading properly.

Sometimes, pressing "stop" on your browser can actually
get the bits of the page that *have* loaded properly to
appear.

Do you see an "hourglass cursor", meaning something is
loading/working, or is it just all loaded, just blank?
