Blank Emails

I am receiving emails into my in box however when I go to
open them they are blank. Additionally, all of my old
emails are also now blank.

Sometime ago I had a similar problem and I corrected it
by running a command. For the life of me I can not
recall what that command was, if you can help I'd
appreciate it.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. (Hint: regsvr32 inetcomm.dll)
