Blamk Screens on known good websites??/

I have been trying for weeks to access the following
websites homepage www.yellowjersey.co.uk
Every time I type in this web address and press the "go"
button i get the usual short pause and then the
word "done" appears in the bottom left of the screen but
the screen is blank and does not show the website.
I have checked out with friends and they say this website
works fine for them.

What on earth am I doing wrong?

My deepest thanks. Your info on the Meta refresh corrected my problems
with the blank pages. From reading the posts here, many seem to be having
the same problem.
