Blackberry software causes Handheld Tools Desktop Manager to crash

I have a client who just got a Blackberry. I have loaded, removed and
reloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software and still when ever he tries to sync
the B;aclberry to Outlook the Handheld Tools Desktop Manager crashes.

How do I fix this?

How do I fix this?

Call the vendor (cell phone company, right?) who supports the Blackberry and
ask for support; it isn't a Windows issue per se.

Thanks. I intened to call Cingular when I am on site this week. RIM indicated
that Blackberry support falls on the vendor if it was not bought from them.

Yes, but Cingular's tech support should be able to conference in RIM support
if they can't resolve it. T-Mobile has done the same for me many times. Best
