Black screen when switching users

Hello,

My pc shows a black screen when switching users as
described in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=328934. I
have applied SP2, but still have the problem. Microsoft
won't help as I have an OEM version of XP.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cure the
problem, or where to obtain the hotfix from?

You get the hotfix from MS. Did you read the whole thing? MS will
waive the fee if you don't mention anything except this KB # and having
the problem.
