Black pages at the end of power point presentations

I burned a powerpoint 2003 presentation to a CD using the "package for CD"
menu option which includes the powerpoint viewer to show it. It auto opens
like I want it to into what I call my homepage, which is a powerpoint
presentation which links to other powerpoint presentations. When you go to a
linked powerpoint presentation and view it, at the end of the linked
presentation it should go back to the homepage but instead a black page comes
up and you have to click on that to get back to the homepage. How can I get
rid of these enoying black pages that come at the end of all my
presentations? I didn't have these black pages on the original version, in
fact I purposely didn't check the box under options that gave me the choice
to have them. These black pages at the end of the presentations only show up
on the CD version which is running with the power pt. viewer.

On the last slide of each presentation, create a button and link it to "End
Show" using Slide Show > Action Settings > Hyperlink to > End Show. Go to Slide
Show > Slide Transition and uncheck "On mouse click" and uncheck "Automatically"
so that the slide will not transition unless the button is clicked on.
