Bitlocker in Vista Home Premium

I've heard the bitlocker encryption is in business and up but why is there a
exe file that says its name is bitlocker? I click it and nothing happened?

Bitlocker is only included in Ultimate and Enterprise.

Obviously, you didn't know that, because
you said: "bitlocker encryption is in business and up".
It is not. It is in Ultimate and Enterprise *only*.
I believe it to be a bad decision not to include
Bitlocker in the Business version.... almost as dumb
as not including CompletePC Backup in Home Premium.

I don't see a picture, and I have no idea why the
exe file is on your computer.
