Windows XP is really Windows NT 5.1. XP is a marketing name.

Windows 2000 (all versions), XP (all versions), and I believe MS Server
are all versions of NT although it is not obvious.

Most people who respond here are going to assume you are running XP,
since this is actually a XP newsgroup that you accessed through the
Discussions button.

If you are running 98 or ME, try checking the boards for those OS.

I am not at home now, so I can't verify this...but I have a P4P800 which
is very similar to what you are using (I flashed the latest verion of
the BIOS sometime this past summer), and I can't recall having the
option to change the settings for this. I'll check back later and see
if you made any progress.

Windows NT covers NT 3.5, NT 3.51, NT 4, 2000, XP (NT 5.1), Vista, and in
all guises, workstation and server..

Shadowing BIOS serves no useful purpose.. in fact, all of the above ignore
shadowed BIOS.. now if you were running their DOS based cousins, that would
be different.. but you are in an XP (NT 5.1) newsgroup..
