binding keys

[MOHAA Freak]

I've heard the term binding keys on the keyboard. So one
key might do 2 things. For example when I strafe to the
left I could lean to the left also. Could I still have a
separate key to lean without moving for when I'm
stationary behind a wall?? Is that possible?? If so,
how do you do it?? Also is that considered cheating??
Because I hate cheaters and hackers. They can ruin a fun
game.....
