big problems after upgrade to sp2

i upgraded my winxp to sp2 and then my winxp restart
but it starts to shut itself down again and again after i restart it
also there is an error which says:

because this problem keeps happening again and again, so i only can restore
my computer from save mode to get back to normal. but i am afraid of updating
anymore, any body can help me?
