Greeting when I open my computer I found a bleu screen and an error "
dumbing phsical memory " with count till 100 and frez after that and the
computer didn't make any restart it is a lap top IBM

Hopefully, you can get to Safe Mode.

If you can, have you loaded any new software, hardware, or device drivers?
If yes, try uninstalling it or rolling back the driver.

This is known as the BSOD or Blue Screen of Death. There is more information
on that page than just the dumping physical memory. It will be up towards
the top left of the screen. An example of what we're looking for is
UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. That is just an example but look for capitalized
words connected by underscores like those. Post back and let us know. This
may be a hardware issue or a software issue we need more information to help
you solve it. Waiting on your response
